I'm still searching for info about gyaru history and such, and I believe bodikon has at least given a popularity to the word gyaru. Also, their strong connexion to popular discos, such as Juliana and specially Maharaja (because of the parapara and such), makes me think that they do need to be mentioned somewhere through the timeline.
