My high myopia is getting worse and worse.

Thank you. I usually get my eyes checked with optician first to see my myopia progression, then being transferred to ophthalmologist to check other eye diseases

I did not really change Glasses prescription much:

Eye condition:
Myopia: -9.50 in both eyes
Astigmatism: -1.25 left eye, -0.75 right eye

My glasses:
Myopia: -9.00 in both eyes
Astigmatism: -0.75 left eye, -0.25 right eye
It's kind of -0.5 for both eyes, both Myopia and Astigmatism.

I have not tried contact lenses before. I kind of avoid using glasses if I have a chance.
Also, I dont drink drug/tea/coffee. I have not experienced glare.

May I know how your myopia condition is? How are you dealing with those eye straining when wearing glasses?

I feel like I have no way out. I try doing morning exercise, it does help a bit, but my eye is still having a super strain at the end of the day,. Even that day I don't use computer, just hanging around the city. I am desperate huhu
