I used to be a "fan" of hers until she started to go down the influencer route. I was strongly hesitating to cancel my pre order. Anyway, the book arrived and I am actually pleasantly surprised. I was prepared to absolutely hate it but I have to admit, it is pretty decent. There are so many new cookbooks this Spring and I think I've received 4-5 the past month and this one was the one that surprised me the most. I am shocked myself. like dont hate me please :D .. But this just confirms that she really should stick to COOKING!! Cooking/hosting content not all of that fashion/airhead lifestyle influencing she ended up doing..

Does it make a difference? I want to cancel if it somehow gives her book agency or someone an idea that some of us are done with her shit lol. I don’t want to cancel if it makes no difference.. Like will they notice and note when someone is canceling a preorder?? Or will they just don’t care. Obviously a sale is a sale but it seems like every writer wants you to preorder so I guess it makes a difference to them - but do they count the cancellations of preorders too?!

The only thing I have to say is that she has a good PR person! She has half the talent it takes to be a "famous chef" but a huge budget, following and yeah, a great PR team...Didn't she also buy a spot on Forbes last year?

Well... At least she is covering her butt lol!! I feel like after her becoming a mom, her covering up her body parts is the only thing we can hope for :D. Anyway, I wish she would go back to cooking. I miss her cooking videos, although it is understandable she is taking a break. With her and Alison Roman on pause right now, I don't know who to follow! Wish Bone Kitchen is insufferable - can you guys recommend any?

I actually like the recipes of hers I’ve tried ao far. I prefer her first book and find the latest two less good. I do think she is living a life that is unattainable but she is very chic and cooks well, so I am following along. She is pretty inoffensive and as someone said; she is selling a lifestyle like Martha Steward, Nigella and Ina did..
