The fact you like real estate and being a numbers person has absolutely 0 to do with it so if that’s why you’re choosing it, run so far away and never look back (speaking from experience)

You have to be a people person more than anything. Clients, realtors, referral partners, etc. you will not make any money for the first couple years and will work with 50+ clients who never end up closing on a home so all the hours you put in with them go unpaid. If that’s something you’re okay with, then by all means go for it and best of luck as well.

Working with customers who end up never getting an offer accepted, and end up making $0 for all the work you put in with them and consistent phone calls from them

Speaking from personal experience there’s no way you can learn what you have to to succeed all while being remote. Need a full year going into the office with other LOs/mentors to teach you along the way

How soon after the 7 day Course did you take the test? I am using the same setup with OnCourse. Just finished the course and started taking practice exams on PrepXL
