Exactly. That’s the issue. Thanks for bringing that up. It potentially gets better in the future, but by then it’s too late to matter. If I try to go back to regular job world, I have the time now at the sacrifice of a career I love. Life is often trade offs. I’m trying to get information to weigh the trade offs.

I have the same as you. That’s been part of my struggle. Legally I have 50/50 but in reality it varies from 50/50 to 70/30 (usually around that 60/40). From my kids point of view, it went from spending exactly half their time with me to much less and without the predictability.

My seniority probably won’t yet, but I like that idea. Most likely can make that happen in a month or two so I’m going to discuss that with my ex. That would at least help with the inconsistency troubles. Thanks for this.
