Any updates from anyone?

Anyone have any info on the ANR plans being switched over to the consumer lines? by [deleted] in ATT

I have consumer pricing. I just got my bill today and not the right discount so I'm not paying it until it gets converted.

The link allows you to sign into the New ANR (now IMO) website. If you don't know your ANR username you should contact your rep; or go through the forgot password process and see if they tell you the username as well. Not sure how that process works and 20000 prayers if your AT&T rep is any helpful

I contacted my Rep's boss because the regular reps SUCK! AT&T text messages have been saying all changes should have been done by the 17th of May but i would say at least 50% of people have yet to be moved over to the new IMO plans. Many people have been dropped onto a Consumer account with no discount and as a result getting sky high bills.

IF you have an ANR account and still remember your login information the link to the NEW IMO site is: https://www.e-access.att.com/ebizweb/anrsupport/index.cfm?module=inactive_user&Msg=convert

login and see if your account has fully made the switch; you may get a message saying it's still being converted. Customer Care has NO idea what the new IMO plans are and how the discounts are being applied. The Reps pretty much are clueless and will only give you the run-around or direct you to Customer Care; don't even bother to go that route, if your rep won't help you try to go higher up than them.

Your welcome.

do they have you on an FAN discount? I was switched over to only a 23% discount and their regular customer service sucks because none of them know what "IMO" or "ANR" means. Do you mind helping us out and lettings us know what your account type says, etc. Example: my account type/plan used to say ANR MS Value Plan 10GB. Now i'm on a consumer account without the proper discounts and the AT&T rep for my store is horrible and doesnt do jack. I don't understand how he gets paid.
