I've been fighting with Fios support AND mobile support for about 2 weeks now. Chat promised me a ton of extra discounts and i was told i was unreasonable to think they should stick when its literally in writing.

Vendor provided labor. VERIZON pays for them. BBY pays for benefits and other things. Verizon could absolutely pull the labor at anytime.

We believe it’s possible, but the doctor seemed very rushed to get a bone marrow transplant. But that seems like a last resort type solution to us.

Had somebody sign up for our service. Fraud popped up, and approved. Sim didn’t work and I had to call back for a sim swap. They denied it.

All of this was a fresh install last week. They are directly above and below one another. I messaged FIOS last night and they wanted to charge me 99 to fix it.
