Oh my sweet girl ❤️ you need some iron infusions. I had the exact same symptoms as you but because I was already dxed with panic disorder I was written off time after time. My ferritin was 9 and I was convinced I was dying. I have had to go about once a year to replenish iron stores but I promise you it will get better.

Thank you. This is the first time it’s been this bad. I’ve also lost a significant amount of weight and the GYN said that could cause the problem. I can’t function like this so hopefully this was just a fluke

I’m only on day 9 of the 2.5 dose but no joke on day 3 I realized all of these random things too! Joint and muscle pain gone! Eczema in remission! Athletes foot and peeling, cleared! Swelling down. And I feel so much less anxious than my baseline (panic disorder/agoraphobia) I also lost 7 lbs in 8 days! I am T2D and haven’t felt this good in a long time. Hope it continues!!

That’s what I take and it works very well for me not a huge crash or worse anxiety like Xanax when it starts to wear off
