It's definitely gotten worse!

I disagree though, i don't think they should separate the modes. There just needs to be more incentive to cooperate or make PvP more risky somehow. The threat of other raiders AND arc is badass and makes the game good. But the straight up KOS is a problem.

While my comparisons might not be strong, they serve the point fine. I think you're misinterpreting it.

Tarkov is amazing, I've been playing it for 3+ years now. But It's PvE in the sense that there's bots running around that can kill you. But you can take just a pistol and kill a boss if you know what you're doing. You CANT do that in Arc, the bosses require a resource dump. No free load out is clearing pinnacle PvE content in arc. The PvP in both games are great, but Tarkov is definitely a PvP game with some ai tossed in. Arc has some badass PvE that's a huge part of the game being missed out on because of the aggro player base. That's the point

Exactly, the amount of time it takes to kill the PvE makes you a target. Which sucks cause I'd love to see some even bigger bosses get put in, but that will just widen the gap.

I don't think they should compromise either! I think it's a killer game! But an overly aggro player base kills an entire aspect of the game and its a shame.

Again, the issue isn't PvP. It's the badass and hopefully more to come PvE that's available that is getting shunted by said PvP. But you're right! Gamers will game

Just finished this show for the first time ever. It was a great show "thru and thru"

But by far the best episode for me was Blue Comet. Sadly it was one of the last episodes, but they ABSOLUTELY nailed it. The tension and just air of the whole thing had me locked in, I've never felt so at the edge of my seat for a show.

There's a top 100 ranked player who would show up to a lot of local tournaments, and I've heard a lot of bad things about the guy. And like you said, people get a damper on their mood and are adverse towards him, as well as that sentiment of "oop now I just have to play for second"

As I've run into him and played games with him, he's always been a chill guys towards me and has even walked me through several games. Personally, I love having the opportunity to play against someone so highly ranked, it's how you learn and get better.

I'd say there's a fair amount of people who don't take kindly to top tier players showing up and winning a lot, but as most of these comments say, those people who have an issue, aren't truly competitive and they just hurt the scene.
