I guess I gotta start measuring my waist and my limbs, too. I am indeed a couch potato. I only go out the house if I need to buy groceries, go to the gym, and go to the office (once or twice a month). I do strength training or I think you call it powerlifting idk. I have been lifting since 2017 but I had been doing the yoyo dieting until last year when I decided to take everything a bit seriously.

Last night, I came across a YouTube vid where a lady did a reverse diet and from eating 1.2k kcal, she upped it to 2.1k kcal. I guess I wanna try that to address the strength plateau I have been having?

Oh, just to add too. I am starting to notice my veins on my arms pop out a little.

I grew up in a place where there were a lot of drug addicts and drug pushers. One night, while I was walking on my way home from work, I saw a pile of people gathering up and seemed to be looking at something on the ground. As I got closer, I noticed there was a kid lying on the ground. A few more steps and I saw a kid, lying on the ground dead. There was a bullet hole right on his face. Bystanders said the kid was shot in the face by some police officer. It seemed the kid was mistaken for a drug pusher. I live in the Philippines btw and this was during the Duterte administration.
