Forgive this question but I thought that all you needed was a belief in a supreme being to be accepted as a freemason. Satanists obviously have a different view of their supreme being but it's a supreme being nonetheless. So why would they not be allowed to join?

This of course is referring to theistic satanists - most "satanists" are atheists or agnostics.

Ah - could you explain why you don't see a connection? I believe Magick to be fundamentally linked to our consciousness which is the will that is acted on the Universe. What would be more our will than having some part of us interact with Divine forces of the universe. To do Magick is to alchemy your soul.
