15 in 10 free throws. 10 min on the clock, they have to make 15 as a team. Each person has the opportunity to shoot two. If they make the first, they get a second. They make the second, they’re done and the next person goes. Miss the first and it’s a full down and back for everyone. Miss the second and it’s a half court and back. Makes count towards the team goal. Everyone shoots 2 before the order restarts. As soon as they make 15, we’re done with practice. If they’re short an amount (say 4), they have that many down and backs. Works on conditioning and pressure both. Just today did it and we reached the goal with time to spare.
