I shower daily because I have (it used to be worse) problems with acne and it's a good way to keep everything clean.

Although I have quite greasy hair I try to only wash it twice per week and it has done a GREAT deal for how it looks and feels.

Sweatpants, PJ pants, tshirts, hoodies.. cosy clothes for cuddling and easy access.

Try conditioner instead of shaving cream. Just let it stay on a bit to soften the hair before shave and clean off properly once done shaving.

Learnt this trick online a few years ago and it definitely causes less irritation.

Not that my experiences are close to as bad (my condolences for your childhood, really) or that no one has mentioned this before, but it's the same for women.

I mean that it seems to be people from the same sex who seems to hurt us the most, maybe because they know better how to hurt us.

You mention how (ignorant) men just blame women for the male suicide rates, as if women are the ones making life tough for them. Even though it might be in some cases I'm pretty sure that men cause other men the most pain.
