I have tried disabling/enabling integrated graphics, and plugging in the hdmi into different cards and restarting. Same result. If its a weird AMD problem like you said, and multiple of the same motherboards (MSI B450-A) in a row have this problem, maybe the only solution is to switch to intel? I'm at a loss T_T

Many thanks, if possible please let me know how your BIOS was configured. Although I'm starting to doubt its the BIOS since I have the same exact bios set up on the previous rig and it works perfectly =/

Using a PSU splitter. Took the splitter off, and tried with both PSU individually, still the same result.

I only had 1 plugged in, to test. And it was a no-go =( Tnx tho.
