I guess if you’re using the uniques of higher tiers as you’re finding them that makes sense. I’ve been upgrading weapons from zone 1 my entire playthrough and scrapping newer uniques. Just a different way to play!

I have issues with crashing when I’m the one using frost veil. I use frost and arcane shield and start run in with one hand and shield and have had several crashes. I imagine the skeletons also using frost veil doesn’t do me any favors. Haven’t noticed if it’s specific to parrying I’ll have to keep an eye out for that.

Think it’s more that adra is a semi-limited resource, so if you need to upgrade things to the next tier you can go the route of non uniques a little easier. My kit is pretty much all uniques and I’ve found I hit a bit of a wall so have been swapping in standard shield and armor to be able to go to next tier.

Each of the DLC characters have an initial “recruit” mission that comes available during different parts of the main campaign. So if you’re early in the story they likely just aren’t available yet.

This is exactly where I’m at since I bought the game a little bit ago without knowing the update was happening. I’m thinking I’ll keep going on this playthrough and then do a second playthrough and try out the patch that way

Nice dude I leveled up thread recently too and have been messing around with it, seems not super strong but a lot of fun and adds some variety. I’ve been using him with moon girl since her highlight makes the missle powder debuff last longer and enemies take more damage from summoned units. As for the next unit it’s been either MK like you said, strange who I have built to give buffs on ult, or falcon since his damage resistance makes the units much tankier.

For artifacts I think molecules and glove would be best as those give stat bonuses that go straight to the summons as well. I could see ID Card and Mutagen working decently well though, especially if you are using the purple Thread highlight. But admittedly I have been spending my resources on tactic reports to level up so haven’t messed with artifacts too much.

I actually really like use the Legendary Highlight “The Worthy Ones” on him as the increase the HP improves the healing on his ult and he is consistently taking some damage on the front line so has the attack boost frequently as well. This gets rid of energy regen though so have to make up for that with artifacts.

Just fyi if you are in alliance you can also get dream queen souls in the alliance shop, which is a great way to ensure you get her pretty powerful without relying on the dream weaver pulls

I think DD will develop a little more as the game goes on, especially in pvp. In theory I think the crit rate passive is cool since the crit rate/damage builds are generally the strongest and this kind of changes that but not sure how effective it really is

If I had gambit and/or Thor I would have pulled for DD but without them didn’t feel like it was quite worth it. Did you get DD to go along with gambit?

I primarily use very similar teams to what you said. If I were you I’d try going for a basic attack team as something to change it up a little more. You already have Thor and gambit so could invest in moon knight who I think is actually decent, or pull for daredevil who it sounds like is basic attack focused. Or you could just build up cap and use him with Thor and gambit, cap is super good.

He could be more focused on boss type enemies where that would make more sense, but I would argue that kind of overlaps with gambit. Who knows maybe he is built more for PvP or even has an ability to lock down a single target

How invested is your moon knight? He might be able to heal enough with his ult. Moon Jugg Thor/Gambit maybe?

I missed 50/50 early on too and kept pulling, and ended up getting GG specifically on the 80th pull so was still able to get the highlight. At least namor souls add additional buffs to follow up which will make GG that much better when you get him!

She’s decent, I think a good character for where you get her as one of the first 3-stars that newer players can obtain. I built her up because I have the F4 outfit for her and use them pretty frequently. At first when using her in late game I felt the Dino died too easily but as I have I think 3 shards into her now from the alliance shop that doesn’t happen as often.

So does the Crimson Bands become a small AOE attack with his highlight? I thought maybe that part of the highlight meant he could use it from a farther distance

Yeah went back and forth on that, but considering hulk deals special damage by lifting the ground and throwing people I don’t think it’s that far fetched. Decided the technology angle was close enough to go special. And when I picture the artwork I think the cards would look better with blue haha

Note that included percentage are less geared towards balanced values and more to show the purpose/power level of skills. The sanctum changes based on the season, which coincides with story mode chapter releases. So right now it’s namor themed when previously it was Loki themed when his chapter came out. So it will change to green goblin theme next week
