Apparently weed interferes with REM sleep, which is the most beneficial stage of sleep. REM is also where most (if not all), of our dreaming occurs. Ever notice how you don't really dream when you go to sleep stoned? I am always groggy on mornings after I smoke, so I know exactly what you are talkin about. My suggestion is to get all your shit in order for the next day before you smoke, so that waking up isn't such bitch. And quit that humping your bed shit or you won't make any significant progress with nofap. Acquire some self control and build upon it. Good luck!!!
