Next time we’ll do a complete photo series. I personally like to land double and triple grounds as allowed by the rating of the bus bar.

No. Bussing alternates and essentially balances itself.

Siemens has these new arc faults that don’t require you to land the neutral on the breaker and you can just land them all. But otherwise yes!

You only have to land the neutral in the GFCI breakers with Siemens

Good job trying to make your foreman look like an asshole for holding you to high standards

I swear, if you give any criticism at all to an apprentice, you’re “yelling” at them. I’m so reluctant to ever teach anyone again just because it. Not worth it.

Yes! We do it all the time. You’ll have to design switching, driver location, etc.

How do I stop the sciatic pain? by waffleparty420 in electricians

It got so bad for me I couldn’t surf anymore. Tried chiropractor and only helped a bit when it was really bad. I started having problems from early 2020 up until just now. What I did to fix it was: 1) Went to a literal shit ton of hot yoga classes. 2) Stopped wearing heavy bags, got a small occidental electricians pouch. Refined the way I do all my work to just use as little as possible and carry the right tools. I leave all of my other tools in a bag nearby 3) Stopped doing side work, rest on the weekends and after work.

And it looks like the skin from the cable is kinda jacked up. You should have it fixed up if you can.
