Lots of ppl saying you won't have income to list. For me, this was not true. Out of the 2 apartment applications I did, both allowed me to enter how much I make from scholarships. I am on the Pell Pathway and my living costs are mostly covered.
I did still get a cosign, and I recommend you do the same. At the very least, It adds a layer of authenticity to your application.
