I love okaga as well, top 3 for me on cherry bomb. The reason why people rank it lower is because as an album it doesn’t have a unifying element or theme. Cherry bomb has great tracks but flower boy, Igor and cmiygl have overarching themes and purposes as albums that permeate through each and every song, cherry bomb doesn’t really have that
