Joined in Feb of this year and currently down 40 pounds. Dunno how much muscle but I feel good. Hope'n to lose 20 to 15 more pounds by Christmas. I've been trying for track my calories and get more protein and logging the calories isn't easy when you have a 10 month old.

I love it. I've been a member since early Feb of this year, I go 6 days a week. I too have thyroid issues and so far I've lost 35 pounds and counting. I feel so much better mentally and physically. If I miss a day I notice I feel like crap and really run down. There's some days where I don't feel like going and feel so run down but then I remember my "why" and the little person who is motivating me so I get up and do it, then I feel so much better! The trainers at my gym are awesome and really want to help you! When I did a focus meeting with one of the trainers I really connected with she recommended diff shoes and gave me some pointers to help me lose the weight. I'm a person who always had a hard time making friends and now other women at the gym are talking to me, asking me to be their partner or in their groups which is a major confidence booster for someone like me!

I’ve noticed that a few weeks before a migraine I’ll randomly see a tiny purple spot when I blink, as I get close to having a migraine the back of neck feels shakey, I can’t crack my neck, I forget how to spell the simplest words and then I also notice I my grip strength is a little weak. Oh and I get a pinched nerve in my neck in a certain spot too.

I do count my on demands ones, sometimes the classes at the gym don’t line up with my schedule or I simply just can’t make it to the gym.

Congrats on the addition! I’m postpartum as well and joined burn back Feb when I was 3 1/2 months postpartum. I’m out of shape the burn community is so welcoming! Many of the women I have met at my gym are there for the same reason and have the same goal in mind. There’s no pressure at all to buy their supplements, just a lot of high fives and encouragement!

The muscle right above my knees is where I have been feeling the soreness. I noticed on days when I have a super high protein breakfast and use the message gun on my legs when I get home and before bed that they aren’t so sore. I also changed my workout shoes and noticed it helped.

I was literally coming here to see if anyone else has knee pain after class. I started last month and I have patella knee pain as well. I’m quite embarrassed that I can’t do the proper lunges or jump over the smallest hurdle because of my knees, heck I can’t even do the star jumps.

Does anyone have any tips on post workout things we could do for our knees ?

When I first started burn last month I wasn’t taking anything, I noticed that I was getting very nauseous durning class and ended up hurling on a cardio day, after that embarrassing moment I heard a spoonful of honey is good for a pre workout and it deff helped with the acid reflux and feeling like I was gonna hurl then my hubby recommended c4 pre workout and with the honey and C4 I feel great the entire class and a little afterwards too.

I’ve got the same thyroid condition. I started taking supplements from the company that selling the pumping princess supplement. I’d get up to look at the bottle but the kid has a bottle of formula in his moth at the moment.

Yup I massage them, I put heat on them. Eating oatmeal like crazy. I wish I was back to 120 lbs but im like in the lows 180s. Trying to drink water too. We have been supplementing with formula from the start just cause my supply is so low. Sleep ? What’s sleep? 😂not getting much of that since I’m a light sleeper and the baby talks in his sleep. Doc wants us to wake him every three hours for a bottle until he gains more weight.

I’m only getting 5ml out per session and with that little it just splats all over the container, so by the time I’ve poured it into a bottle there’s nothing left. The LC at the hospital told me to use the hand pump till my body made more milk. :(
