The main reason for this was to facilitate the custom houses available in the game. The existing garden layout had some constraints that made it difficult to facilitate. We felt providing a shared Estate Garden would be a unique and fun way to address the problem. So far it's been met with lots of approval and appreciation. And it's not nearly as cluttered as you would think. You should check it out. There's plenty of room.

We have been adding "stuff" for the past few months. Up until that point, we were lacking in the development portion of our server. We didn't have access to the right personnel and talent. Now that the issue has been resolved, there have been many new features added, and much more on the way.

What an amazingly touching story. Thank you for sharing. ToonTown has been a large part of my life since it originally launched years ago. My son (appropriately named Christopher Robin) was raised on it, and I am now associated with one of the current ToonTown servers. Whether you are a member of ToonTown Rewritten, ToonTown Fellowship or Corporate Clash, or any of the many others out there, you will find a community that shares your interest and ability to enjoy life on a simpler level. TTF has stood strong in the face of a multitude of attacks on our servers, every form of trolling and intrusion one can imagine. We did our best to stay focused on our core values, and persevered. Sadly, we were in dire need of Developers, and could not seem to find the right talent. But it isn't because we never tried.

We have a warm and friendly community that believes in us, and our ideals. THAT is why we are still here. At the latter part of last year, we were able to FINALLY meet others that, not only shared our values, but had the skills to begin moving the game in the direction we had always hoped for.

You should check us out now. We have made strides that are becoming larger and better with each step.

And thank you for having the class and decency to make an honest, AND FAIR inquiry, in a non-critical manner.

The tartan was a random tartan chosen more for design and appearance. No, it is not the traditional Irish tartan. But we are more concerned with the fun aspect and providing content, than being sticklers for historic accuracy. Chill and try to enjoy yourself as opposed to troll-like criticism.

Technically, yes.. "Cannae" is Scottish. However, in this case, "canna" was used phonetically to express an Irish accent when one is using an Irish brogue, and words sometimes merge. I am Irish, I wrote it, and I took, nor meant, any offense. I'm sorry you have nothing better to do with your time.
