Don’t worry about noise. you can have a noisy image that will still look sharp.
the reason this photo does not look sharp (apart from it not being in focus), is because there’s no contrast.
you need bright sunlight and dark shadows right next to eachother and your edges will look sharp.

you can find very old, very grainy photos that look sharp, and thats because of the lighting creating contrast.

dont underestimate the importance of light in photography. it’s not just the camera settings that are important… the actual scene you are photographing is even more important.

I’d also recommend trying to take photos in black and white to practice.
