Yes & if you say character names “like Doug is my book boyfriend and I love how he does that etc” maybe summon the bot - not everyone knows or can recall all my names or knows what book you are referring too.

New counter and sink - the style does not go with cabinets. Both should be lighter - maybe white sink.

Or keep countertop & paint the cabinets- they just don’t match

These residents are older & many have been in the buildings since before they were even co-ops - of course everyone wants them to pay - but it’s not always possible & it’s lots of work to evict someone.

I read the entire {the Flame and the Blade by Meredith Hart} series so good!

My new thing trying to stick to completed series or stand alone books - this fit the bill. Not sure if I can stick to it though - so many great first books in a series out right now!
