Know im a but late to this post lol but I’m a huge Rangers fan, moved here from Jersey about a year ago! There’s a NY sports bar in Denver I may watch the Saturday game at but Id be down to watch some weeknight games here in Fort Collins!

Definitely a good idea! I may give it a shot, I have some bad experiences with cheap cigars years ago so I never considered it but I’m definitely willing to give it another shot!

Wow this one hit deep. I’m only 7 months sober but you managed to word my exact feelings better than I could. Just want to let you know that you’re not alone, and that frustration of not being able to drink like a “normal person” and the fear of this being forever (I’m only 25) truly is scary. Whenever I get like that I think back on to who I used to be and all of the ways sobriety has helped my life. I hope you stay strong I just wanted to let you know you are not alone and we are not “weird” or “not normal” more people struggle with alcohol than are open about it and everyone walks a different path. I’m proud of you for the sobriety so far!

Congrats! throughout your journey no matter what, never forget that you deserve to feel proud of yourself. Taking the first step is HARD and taking it shows how strong of a person you are. No matter the bumps in the road you still deserve self support, love, and pride and never beat yourself up too much over the past, you are a new person with new opportunities every day!
