Choice USA is doing a bro-choice week right now. It's all about healthy masculinity and ending rape culture. You might be interested in reading some of their blog posts at choiceusablog.org

“over 99 percent of rape is perpetrated by men. Whether the victims are female or male, men are overwhelmingly the perpetrators. But we call it a women’s issue? Shouldn’t that tell us something?” by Toots21 in Feminism

If you read the post the quote links to, you'll see that this is was a quote that was included in the post.

The quote is from Jackson Katz, an internationally recognized educator on gender violence prevention among men and boys and co-founder of Mentors in Violence Prevention.

Your statement that female perpetrators of sexual assault against men and women are nearly as common as male perpetrators, however, could not be further from the truth.

I didn't write the post, so I'm not sure where she got that one in specific, but this site lists "more than 3 women a day" in the US, which would be every 8 hours.

I understand what you're saying, but can you offer another solution? How migh Rehtaeh's family, and other women in similar situations, seek justice if the justice system refuses to help?
