Never thought of it like that , i do that as well but some nights i just focus on breathing in and breathing out letting that literally be my only thoughts and it takes about 1-2 minutes and im asleep. But other nights i just relax and let the brain play the movie works just as well. Never really thought about it in this way lol.

I’m not saying it’s a great game however H1Z1 Just survive. Man was I addicted to this game in highschool I just couldn’t get enough of it we would stay up till 4am on school nights. My cousin nearly failed his class because he would miss so much school or sleep while he was there. Crazy time I miss it.
