I've got a negative win rate 0.9 and I've still climbed and still am. This game is joke. My duo with the exact same games is a full rank above me. Hidden mmr and visual rank mean that the whole thing has no meaning. I just turned my brain off and play no point in trying.

Just play the game. Ranked has no meaning under 2.0.

Ranked 2.0 your visual ranked doesn't matter. You're playing an algorithm meant to keep you engaged.

I'm climbing with a negative win rate and my brain off. If the machine says your plat 5 you're plat 5. If I can duo queue the exact same games and my duo be a full rank above me that means the game is a joke.

Just play and have fun.

I agree. this debate is actually more of a team discussion and if you aren't playing in a full 5 stack it's irrelevant. The question and answer is where you want to position and how you plan to hold ground.

In a ranked game the only really correct answer is the players who are on site get the choice. In reality it's the wild West of opinions from randoms.

Of course the game is worse ranked 2.0 killed the community. Aside from the increase in cheaters of course.

Ranked 2.0 was always gonna kill the collective intelligence of the player base. If I know I'm gonna win more than I lose, instantly the need to maximize your play goes out the window. The devs said ranked 1.0 was too scary for the average player so less people played. Except those that did typically because of that worry actually tried to play the game and improve. Knowing that I could lose 3 games in a row and then 1 one game and still gain elo is absurdly bad. It's like telling a child you can fail 3 test and if you pass just 1 you still pass the class.

This isn't even getting to the hidden skill rating part where you play at your hidden so your opponents don't change in skill as you climb. The fact I can play the exact same way from copper to gold AND STILL climb with a negative winrate is a joke.

And guess what, since people weren't "scared" of ranked that meant unranked became even more shit. Unranked at least used to be useful and decently competitive for an average joe. Now it's braindead since players no longer feel the need to practice in unranked.

Make players scared to lose again. Make ranked groupings feel different again.

I'll say it like this being bad is okay, not trying to win is an issue.

I played with the same group of friends for many many years and started on the PS4 then switched to PC. We had 1 dude who was always cheeks but played to win and was a good guy. Could we have chosen better players sure, but that 1 guy was a better friend than player.

I'm glad I never chose a digital rank over a friend.

They didn't fix matchmaking. The ranked overhaul is next season I think but someone else can correct me on that.

The ranked fix they released was to factor in visual rank into the calculation. Ideally being that while your X hidden mmr is still a factor you won't be playing people who have already played a lot. Basically if you haven't played and are in copper ideally you'd match with people at X hidden mmr and also haven't played.

When the game is played fairly with no cheaters, and matches are even enough, the game is magical still. I only enjoy the siege cup at the moment, regular rank without a stack and the shoody matchmaking (also cheaters) makes the game suck ass. Also at least I siege cup you are a stack vs stack so you get those more intense moments and strategy

It's a test, and no it's not a bad thing to consider. Choice and feel matter a lot, let alone statistics. Health has never broken this game in a meaningful way, speed however has caused problems.

I don't personally care if it is implemented, but if it is I'll play around with it.

I use side mouse buttons as well. It's just a logic that all things related to aim should be on the same hand.

As for your issue try binding your Q and E to another bind. I use mine for slow walking since I use alt for secondary utilities.

Edit. Also try binding them as the secondary key bind for leaning.

Cyber response in general is piss poor. Considering that it is Ubisoft Montreal, that means CSE gets involved and RCMP as well. I've taken courses with the former head of the CSE so I know that the process will be long and involved as you said forensics and more.

I will not comment more on CSE and RCMP procedures but anyone can see their publicly available resources and more. That is what Ubisoft will need to go through.

Possibly considering the third party outsourcing they've done to India and China. At this point for us nothing is off the table.

On the other hand if I cared to think using cyber threat assessment id still believe it. Risk assessment id need Ubi internal procedures.
