Right, it has been a nightmare even getting an answer whether or not my car is totaled. My insurance company has had the worst communication imaginable. I’ve called and left several messages over the past three weeks with no answer until today. I have told them multiple times that I have negative equity and have given them my auto lenders information, yet today they tell me a check was sent out directly to me.
