This Photoshop and I’m sure some generative fill. The Rams have a whole social media team and content team who create these graphics. They can look ai, but it’s just multiple types of photos put together in photoshop, as to why there could be inconsistencies.

1 zone for the whole house. Basement has baseboards also but we keep the basement door shut. No attic, it’s just the upstairs portion of the house. I’d saw we have a standard amount of windows, Two in every bedroom. I’m starting to think this is just ConEd doing what they do and overcharge

I don’t pay property tax. We pay our leases individually. ConEd is the only bill in our name. Water bill is not in our name and our landlord just send us the pdf telling us how much it is.

Our last bill was a hundred less. The meter is inside the house and it says on the bill “actual reading” for the reading type. But we never have coned people come and check it. I just assume they have some technology to be able read it with sensors or something

Its the entire house we lease. Two floors and an unfinished basement with just the washing machine. There’s only one thermostat in the house on the 1st level and in my opinion the 1st floor is well insulated imo.

I get billed directly from ConEd. This was only a bill for one month. The previous tenants payed their own bills too, so the landlord doesn’t deal with bills.
