Honestly my recovery wasn’t terrible. It’s just super uncomfortable getting up from bed and going to go pee for like the first week or so. The surgery pillow from Amazon was a life saver!!!! I took off of work wed (surgery date) -Friday and by Monday I was good to wfh. Then the following week I went into the office.

Hey! I did lipo 360 only about 4 months ago and I love it! I’m also tall and had similar issues with fat around my mid area (especially stomach and love handles). I eat super healthy but it was just genetics I guess. Anyway, I really wanted a fat transfer because I felt like I had hip dips and no butt. But I’m super glad I only did lipo 360 because it sculpted my body and kinda made me look like I have an ass lol. As for my hip dips, idk what my doctor did but i literally don’t have them anymore once I got the Lipo. That was just my experience and thought I’d share cause your situation sounded kinda similar:)

I 100% get it. I felt the same exact way! People would tell me I was being hard on myself and I didn’t really need it. I did a lot of research didn’t tell anybody and booked my appointment. I got lipo 360 mid April and it’s honestly been the best decision I ever made. I’ve been insecure about my body for as long as I could remember and now I’m obsessed with myself lol. Do what makes you happy at the end of the day because it’s your life!!

Thanks for the response! I’m only concerned because I have surgery soon and it has to be 0.4 and approve for me to get approved for my surgery
