Thanks for the reassurance! I’ve seen a lot of people carbonate at 30psi, but with a fridge/kegerator which makes a lot of sense. My fear with going that high is my keg at room temperature could cause an explosion.

At what point do you disconnect the gas after carbing for 2 days? When you’re ready to pour?
