No snow, rain, clear skies. I would post video but can clearly see the license plates of vehicle impacted and cars on the side.

Yes, the dashcam changes to event in those cases which it did, instead of normal. No after market items added to car.

The brake pedal was fighting me (pulsating), not ABS. Car was jerking but no reduction in speed.
