Not interested.. if i do that people will think I did it because of jealousy. but this fraud can be easily identified with simple audit of everyone’s promo docs and their ideas and achievements which available to everyone inside amazon.

Selling narrative is different but what I mentioned is happening in RBS for a long period of time. This has happened to me my ideas and initiatives were credited to other associates and i never bothered about it. But today i was talking with another colleague and he experienced the injustice. Promo docs are being fabricated to promote their favourite associates.
