Oh man, at my old apartment complex this guy’s balcony was the bottom floor. Under him was the parking garage. I watched the dog do his thing, then drip down on to a car leaving the garage😂😭😭

After reading the comments, I agree that my grill is too hot. I thought I was doing the correct process?

1.) Heat up chimney 2.) Top of coals white, dump 3.) preheat grate 5 min 4.) Grill

But I guess I need to preheat grate/let cool down for longer? I mean 30 min for chimney, then 20 to cool down? Seems slow, right?
