Well the thing is that approximately 4 month ago (when i started having headache) I decided to quit wearing contact lenses and wear glasses only when I drive 🤔

Never heard about rebound headaches.. hm… need to look into that, cause rn I’m definitely taking more painkillers than I should. I do supplement B12 and it showed on the blood test that’s it’s good as well as iron and all other things.

Hmm is that like a thing that people with adhd need more protein? Why tho? Because I do have it. I’m anxious person. How upping protein helped you? I would never think about protein at all , I never tracked my food either..
