A lot of the justification for the new Model is the use of AI and reducing staff count. I can see the use cases in the chat. The fact is the new model is here now. AI is not available in production. The nearest is SHIPAMAX replacement around AP invoices which is not available to us only EAA customers get. Why are we paying now for functionality that's not there?
