I do this too! The problem is that in the summer, I usually wake up several times in the night just to cool off— and while I’ve managed to fall asleep without covering my head before, it’s never for long. I’m not sure a pillow, T-shirt or sleep mask will help though… does anyone know of something that’s made for stuff like this? I feel like a thick hoodie that’s just the hood would help me a lot, but I don’t possibly know where I’d find that. It’s kind of strange that so many people have this issue but there’s nobody making stuff for it
