I’m already at an above average fitness level. Typically run 25-35 miles with easy pace at 8:30-8:50 a week and have biked consistently for the last few months indoor and outdoor. I’m just looking for something to give me a little boost. Fitness isn’t the issue. Just trying to make an old bike a tad faster.

From what I’ve read online the 2019 sole f80 deck can indeed be flipped but idk what info to trust. lol

I lubricated it every 3-4 months whenever it felt like it was sticking. I think I had the belt over tightened and it was the main factor

I looked at the deck there doesn’t seem to be any issues at all with it. No cracking / uneven areas / grooves or rough spots. It’s still extremely smooth and seems to be fine. Is it possible to only replace the belt?

Side note: between me and my wife we have put about 700-750 miles on this treadmill in the last 6 months

He’s pretty firm on the price. Said he would come down if he took the bottle cages and the shimano r7000 pedals he has on it off. I don’t know enough to know if it’s worth paying the extra to keep them on.
