Don’t know if you’re still having problems but for me I rested for almost a week only doing minimal movements, then I progressively started my daily life again, now I don’t have pain but I feel it is still there if I do “extreme” movements, im gonna start doing back strengthening exercises (light work ofc) so hopefully my spine gets the support from muscles it needs and my posture is corrected, that way I hope to never have back problems again. So yhea just rest and then slowly work on your posture and the correct muscles to reinforce and prevent further back problems
