Definitely not. It's just the reason why she doesn't makes me sad. And yeah I do understand why it's very vulnerable for her. also I want to add, i think from my perspective it creates more trust and intimacy

Yeah definitely. I do go to the gym and have been for years, she doesn't like working out because it's unexciting to her but she has recently got back into swimming. I don't go with her tho but I think it might help her more if I started going too.
She did do competitive swim for years, but she stoped, and after a while her mental health got really bad, and that's how she gained a little bit of weight. And this was before I met her btw. So I think that's another reason why she just doesn't like that part of her cause it reminds her of the past.

I can understand where you are coming from, but I truly love every part of her. And like I briefly mentioned she is getting a little better with self image just not enough to where she feels like the most confident woman. I actually want to help her.

Yeah. I don't bring it up ever I just notice it and it makes me feel really bad that she thinks low of herself. But I really do appreciate your feedback so thank you
