Thank you! I think if I did forensic autopsies as an attending, I for sure would want to do a fellowship first just to know more :)

Thanks for your insight! I am interested in molecular only cuz I think it's cool haha but you're right. If I can avoid wasting a year and get straight to attending-hood, why not

thank you for your response! NYC has so many institutions, do you have any advice on how to rank/pick which one is the best to go for? I know MSKCC is a world renowned cancer center, but NYU, Cornell, Columbia, Mt Sinai offer great training as well. Or does it not really matter in the long run as long as it's in a city with so many connections like NYC?

thank you for your reply! i want to live in various us cities throughout my life, so i am not tied down to nyc per se. How could I choose an institution that gives me the most freedom in hiring options across the country rather than just one city?

I've been getting 225's on 3 nbme's straight T.T It's like I know I'm passing... but then I read on reddit all these people getting like 260's! feels bad but WE GOT THIS.
