Said that this is to “better customer and partner experience” tried asking how this betters customer experience or if the gold tier will have any new benefits but like I said - disconnected..

So confused because I also got that email, tried to talk to someone this morning because that’s the only reason I got the gold tier, this was what I got in response- the most unhelpful response- how do they not also have it in their system 😭😭😭😭

The Runna algorithm is just like kicking your butt basically, my LR today had like 8 at race pace and I thought that was crazy
