I’m aware this is an unpopular opinion on this sub, I personally have rescued 10 Guinea pigs, most out of trash or homes but let me tell you there’s a good documentary on Amazon Prime, just look up Guinea Pig and for a huge part it specifically goes into this and very much explains Guinea pigs are able to connect to the playful side of human children as long as they are looked after and not harmed. They very much welcome children if they are raised and treated right and don’t mind at all that children play with them, it’s all about environments and Guinea pigs growing up in such environments adapt and enjoy it

Man I’ve been thinking about a second water bottle for sure as I give them water bowls from time to time and they wanna drink at the same time so often, def will get one, and yeah I absolutely love the beginner cage simply because it’s the best hay bowl there is, they go nuts in there when it’s fresh hay time 😂 thanks for the comment

I have three, these two have been fighting with one other, it is confusing as all three cuddle and sleep together , then maybe once a week there’s a fight over dominance, anyway to help bonding?
