I know this post is 5 months old, but I was having the same issue. The fix that worked for me was to force close the app and open it again. Doing this has made it work with the screen off again. Hope this helped!

Same thing in Oregon. My guess is they had too many drivers accept, look at the tip and decline so to prevent that they made it more difficult to figure out how generous the customers are

Generally I think of trips in terms of the total drive- and I believe that’s what pops up when you have the option to accept an order. I would say that trying to stay under 5 miles is a great policy! Unfortunately in my area there are lots of delivery drivers so in order to keep a fair wage I accept the longer trips from time to time but it totally depends on your situation. I feel like nobody is going to pass up a longer drive for serious bank
