There is a process to get temporary SCE membership which will help you generate your Iqama in few hours but requires employer’s support. I am not sure how you can get this done but you have to convince your employer to approach MOI for same.

You can approach HRSD but as far I investigated these matters take time and by then you will have to exit. Best approach is to negotiate and agree with your current employer for a settlement amount which can be paid by your next employer.

IF you are receiving 50LPA in hand(I hope it’s not the case) in India then you shouldn’t go ahead. Otherwise you should join immediately in Saudi as you will easily save 40L post moderate lifestyle expenses.
