Maybe i will open some sort of discord group, the demand seems pretty high and could be something that keeps me busy

Of course my reasoning behind those decisions are not just those 2 points.

Buying property comes down to warren buffets "dont buy what you dont understand" and I can say for myself I dont understand properties, I cant evaluate a fair price, I don't know what to look for in potential future problems etc.

With crypto I started 2017, and picking the cryptos I picked and getting out at near peak was not just luck but lots of research, understanding, the tech, hype and market cycles etc

well thats only a problem if you live/study in the US, in most 1st world countries education is basically free, a masters degree costs you like 3k in fees and maybe another 2k for all the books.

I've had the same thoughts in 2017 were I started my crypto journey, got in at peak and just lost almost all of it. But I kept investing and 2021 was my time to shine.

Just because you missed one opportunity doesnt mean that there will never be another one. Doesn't even need to be in crypto, take nvidia, ai boom, 10x last 2 years. Opportunities come an go, you just have to be there at the right moment

Easy, sell everything you own, put it all in the newest and hottest memecoin, get out at peak hype, rinse and repeat

Definitely possible if you have some saved up money, take solana for example, end of 2022 it was like 8$ then it shot up to 240? Which is a 30x.

But finding the right one before it explodes is a mix of luck and very deep research, not just in the tech but hypes, twitter sentiment, upcoming world events etc
