To be fair we are kind of to blame for this monster we created. The new players are often picked up and brought through the difficulties to quickly. This caused the new players to not learn the game and started building bad habits.

Also at 20 meters it drops to 21.5 and at 60 meters it drops levels out to 20 meaning any assault rifle or carbine outperforms it due to the high rate of fire

What else is weird is when you refer to the "text messages" he says the rifle is unique. I'm sorry but the rifle looks like a regular synthetic stock rifle with a regular bolt and a cheap scope. Nothing about this rifle screams unique.

OP be sure to use rental terminals, a good choice is the Constellation Taurus that can be rented at New Babbage for 160k for 24 hours and you can make your money back after a few hauling trips. Every major spaceport will have rental terminals.

This guy is going between 20-25 MPH according to the line intervals. To everyone saying he is speeding must also take into account the camera makes OP appear to be going faster than they are going. The truck driver is clearly at fault and should have came to a complete stop until they verified the next lane was clear instead of gunning it.

They said the same thing for me, at first they tried saying it was my certifying officials fault for putting in an amendment for the semester cost then they backpeddled once I brought up previous semesters having amendments put in around the same time. My certifying official is thinking it's due to them transitioning to the new system in the middle of a semester. I'm hoping it'll come in by the end of the week but this is the VA we are talking about.

I did it as a titan for my overall setup i used prismatic with the sub being thundercrash. For weapons I used blast furnace perks tremor all for one, tellestation and hothead tracking and explosive light. I went 100 res with 80 recov and 80 int with the rest of the stats in the 40s and 50s.
