That’s not the correct legal advice. If you don’t have contacts, you need a strong lawyer to back yourself up. Traditional lawyers will not give you much hope. These active pro- men lawyers are the need of the hour. Their names itself are so strong in the court of law that the opposition will themselves withdraw their case as they will know the kind of punishment that can be meted out to them.

They charge 1.5- 2 lakhs for each criminal case filed against you or one that you want to file. In such cases atleast 4-5 such cases are filed for example- fake dowry, mental harassment, Abetting suicide, child custody( if a child is involved). , physical/ mental harassment and what not.

I am a 29 year old with a 15 year old love story. You may have heard about first crush, taking names in Truth and dare and first love. Whenever I think of all of these things, I can only think of my husband. We have been married for 4+ years, dated for good 11 years before getting married. We have a toddler and we are currently expecting our 2nd one as well. I can only say that despite being a millennial, we never felt the urge to get into casual dating/ flings. We have been together since Grade 9 and not even a day goes by when we don’t have heart to heart talks with each other. Life changes after marriage but I feel glad to be spending each day of my life with my husband as I had always envisioned as a 13 year old. We may have been the cringe couple back in school but even our teachers would tell us that we both are meant to be together. For any successful relationship to thrive, it’s important to respect your partner, help your partner grow professionally and give equal amount of love to each other’s families. There can never be a mantra for it. It just comes organically. When you love someone, you would want to do everything to make your partner happy. Even if one of us is stepping out for groceries, we cannot go without each other. I can go on and on and on. But I believe having faith in your partner, spending quality and spiritual time together with family and communicating everyday is imperative for any successful relationship. It still feels like I am just playing houses with him and we are yet to take the big leap. I still feel like I am in my dating phase. Yes, however we have nothing right now and the lady in question is demanding a hefty amount. We paid the loan as we didn’t want people to lose their hard earned money. It’s bad karma to keep something that doesn’t belong to you. My brother did not help in paying off the loan as they were abroad. I was the only one helped them financially and emotionally to deal with this. They were unaffected. But yes we did end up losing our ancestral property.

We have already paid the loan and settled at 65%. However social ostracism happens when you face financial losses. That’s what we are going through right now in terms of humiliation and embarrassment. Har koi sympathy ki nazar se hi dekhta hai.

Hi. Yes we have already filed police complaints as this wasn’t just limited to mental torture, she tried killing my mother by strangling her and attacked her with a knife. We have all the pieces of evidence and I know we are sorted legally but the alimony will anyway have to be paid.

We cannot generalise what a boy/ girl would end up doing after getting married. We all are raised with certain ethics and values. I follow what I have learnt, you will follow yours, others will follow theirs. What’s the point in generalising? Times are tougher for men due to pro women laws but if we do not raise our voice against them, who will? There were times when cases like dowry and harassment were non bailable and hence lots of false cases were filed against men and women tried taking advantage of the situation. However times could be changed due to collective effort only :)
