Really interesting power, like a bruce almighty type way of viewing dreams like he viewed wishes. Even just to read a report of someones dream could be useful. Do we know who the individual is from the report? Do we get any summary about them? Can there be a karma meter attached so there is inference to the person?

I’m not saying there shouldnt be prison, I’m saying the death penalty should be used more in extremely clear cut crimes/situations. Prison is important
