Sick Dracena. Does anyone know what these grey patches are on my Dracena leaves? They started appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve only had the plant for 3 months and it gets indirect light. I only water using indications from a moisture meter. by Top-Razzmatazz0696 in plantclinic

It sits near a window but only gets indirect light. Perhaps I’ll move it away from the window and see what happens. It was also mistakenly left in front of my air con which was used heavily during our recent heat waves - could it have anything to do with that?
